As cities spread, the demand for space grows. However, it does not refer to living only but to the dead as well. The work explores the development of new large city cemetery and technical aspects of funeral industry. The landscape architecture, evoking historical concepts of formal garden, seems to be far from it's true function. But the process, represented by morticians' activity quietly an slowly goes on. In a society in which success and security is crucial, death is problem we try to hide. Through landscape, architecture, artifacts, burocracy and formality death seems distant and tamed. Yet, it remains wild and unpredictable.
